Support Plans
MTSI offers many different support plans for our clients. Below are the support plans you can choose from:
Straight Billable Time
MTSI can bill you at our normal billable rate based on any work that is done. This includes on-site support, remote support, phone support, live chat support, custom programming, custom reports, etc. Our normal hourly rate can vary based on the type of software being supported. Since we support Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500 and Sage BusinessWorks, there are different hourly rates associated with those programs. Please contact a sales representative for current pricing based on the product you currently own.
Pre-paid Block Plans
MTSI offers substantial discounts for our clients who prepay for support hours. We have 10, 20, 40 and 80 hour blocks to choose from. The larger the block, the bigger the discount. These blocks can be used for any type of support service, as described in the paragraph above. These blocks also have no expiration date.
MRATS™ (MAS Remote Access Technology Support™)
MTSI offers an unlimited support plan called MRATS. We were one of the first MAS partners in the nation to offer such a program. Under this plan, you pay a one-time flat rate based on the modules and number of users in your system for an entire year. With unlimited support, you may call MTSI as many times as you wish.
